I am doing prenatal yoga past one month. The individual attention given by shobana sis, ensures safety, while practicing. The way she handles the class is spreading positive vibes and the time is very well managed. With the help of the postures being taught, I can feel a good blood circulation and body feels light. The meditation at the end of session is totally peaceful and calming the mind. Most recommended for moms to be, for a peaceful journey.
I am Shobana Mam's prenatal yoga student. This is my first time doing yoga and i felt completely comfortable and refreshed after each session. She attends to each individual despite it being group sessions. I can already feel positive differences in my body. I had a vaginal birth which was really quick and i didn't get pain till 6cm dilation.. The doctor and nurses were shocked as it was a quick labor and my baby was born in 3 pushes. I have been doing pre-natal with Shobana mam for almost 3 months now. She makes sure to focus on individual members and help us to overcome our difficulties.
